VILLAGE REVENUE OFFIER, BHIMANAPALLY (V), NALGONDA  DISTRICT IN ACB NET

      On 1/10/2015 at about 08.30 a.m. Sri S.Satya Narayana, Village Revenue Officer, Bhimanapally (V), Nalgonda District was caught red-handed by the ACB officials in front of shop, H.No.2-63, Bhimanapally (V), Nalgonda Dist. While accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 5,000/- from the complainant Sri. B.Shanker, for processing and issuing Pattadar Pass Book and for entering the details of the ancestral properties in the Pattadar Pass Book. Both hand fingers and left side shirt pocket of the V.R.O (A.O.) answered positive result in chemical test.  The bribe amount was recovered from the left side shirt pocket of V.R.O. The Village Revenue Officer is being arrested and being produced before the ACB Court, Hyderabad.

SENIOR ASSISTANT O/O RDO, SIRICILLA, KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT  IN ACB NET

Sri K. Vijaybhaskar Reddy, Senior Assistant, o/o RDO, Siricilla of Karimnagar District was successfully trapped on 01.10.2015 at 4.30 pm, in the office of RDO, Siricilla,  when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs. 6,000/-, from Sri M.Sudhakar of Chandrampeta village, Siricilla Mandal, to process his file for issuance of license to establish “Mee Seva” Kendram in Chandrampeta. The tainted amount was recovered from Sri B. Rajanikanth, an outsourced Computer Operator, who has received it on the directions of the Senior Assistant for safe custody. The   Accused Officers are being arrested and will be produced before the Honourable Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Karimnagar.

OFFICE SUPERINTENDENT, BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION, HYDERABAD IN ACB NET

On 8.10.2015 at about 5 p.m. Sri M.Bhasakar Rao, Office Superintendent, Board of Secondary Education, Hyderabad (i/c of Medak Section) was caught red handed at the Board of Secondary Education, Hyderabad, while accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 1500/- from the complainant Sri B.Subash to process for issuance of duplicate S.S.C. Certificate (10th Class Marks Memo).Both the hand fingers of the accused officer yielded positive result in chemical test.  The bribe amount of Rs. 1500/- was recovered from the left side front pant pocket of the accused officer.The accused officer is being arrested and produced before the Special Court for A.C.B. Cases at Hyderabad. Case is under investigation.

DEPUTY MRO, VEMANPALLI MANDAL, ADILABAD DISTRICT  IN ACB NET

Sri Y.Srinivas, Deputy MRO, Vemanpalli Mandal of Adilabad district was successfully trapped on 08.10.2015 at 5.15 pm, in the office of Tahsildar, Chennur, when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs. 5,000/- from Sri Devi Bheemaiah, VRO of Kammargaon village in Bejjur Mandal of Adilabad District, to issue his Last Pay Certificate (LPC).  The Deputy MRO received the bribe and handed it over to Sri Premraj, a Computer Operator, for safe custody. The   two Accused Officers were arrested and produced before the Honourable Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Karimnagar.

DEPUTY EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, KAKATEEYA URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (KUDA), WARANGAL DIVISION IN ACB NET

Sri B.Venkateshwarlu, Deputy Executive Engineer, Kakateeya Urban Development Authority (KUDA), Warangal Division, Warangal was successfully trapped on 15.10.2015 at 12.30 PM, in his office in Hanmakonda, when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs. 25,000/- from Sri P.Vidyanath Rao, a contractor, as a reward for the check measurement done by him, of the work of construction of a compound wall, executed by the complainant, estimated at Rs. 17 Lakh. The Accused Officer is being arrested and will be produced before the Honourable I Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad.

On 17.10.2015 at about 3.00 p.m. Sri A.Vidyadhar, Assistant Executive Engineer, Panchayat Raj Department, Bommalaramaram (M), Nalgonda District was caught red handed by the ACB Officials nea5r Thummalabavi Culvert, Bommalaramaram (V), Nalgonda Dist., while accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 15,000/- from the complainant Sri M.Krishan Reddy, (Civil Contractor) to process and forward the civil work bills of the complainant work of about Rs. 2 Lakhs. The bribe amount was recovered from the left side pant pocket of the A.E.E.         The A.E.E. is being arrested and being produced before the ACB Court, Hyderabad.

On 19.10.2015 at about 4.30 p.m. Sri V.Parvathalu, Village Revenue Officer, Manganur(V), Bijinepally(M), Mahabubnagar District was caught red-handed by the ACB Officials at the residence of A.O. at Palem (V), Mahabubnagar District, while accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 2,000/- from Sri. P.Buchi Reddy to process and to hand over the Pattadar pass book and title deed to the complainant. The bribe amount was recovered from the wall shelf in the bed room of residence of A.O. in the presence of the VRO. The V.R.O. is being arrested and produced before the ACB Court, Hyderabad.

On 27.10.2015 at about 2.45 p.m, Sri M.Lingaraju, Junior Lineman, Electricity Department, Maheshwaram previously Pahadisharref, Ranga Reddy Dist. was caught red-handed at the O/o Assistant Divisional Engineer, Mamidipally, Sub-Division (at Thukkuguda) while accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 5,000/- from the complainant Sri Gulam Subhani Farooki to arrange for fixing the electricity meter pertaining to the complainant. The bribe amount of Rs. 5,000/- was recovered from the  right side pant pocket of the accused officer.The accused officer is being arrested and produced before the Special Court for ACB Cases, Hyderabad.Case is under investigation.

Sri D.Rajender, VRO of Siddinenigudem village in Madhira Mandal of Khammam,  was successfully trapped on 27.10.2015 at 3.45 P.M, in the verandah of the complainant’s house in Siddinenigudem, when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs. 8,000/- from Sri L.Srinivas Reddy of Siddinenigudem, to  handover Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds of 3.28 acres agricultural land in Kalluru, after mutating them on his name from that of his mother. The Accused Officer was arrested and produced before the Honourable I Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad.

REVENUE INSPECTOR, ODELA AND VRO, KANAGARTHY IN KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT  IN ACB NET

Sri B.Laxminarayana, Revenue Inspector, Odela Mandal of of Karimnagar District was successfully trapped on 29.10.2015 at 2.40 PM, when he demanded and accepted a bribe of    Rs. 3,000/-, from Sri A.Chandra Mohan of Kanagarthy village in Odela Mandal, through Sri V.Ravinder, VRO, Kanagartyhy, to visit the complainant’s 29th gunta land and submit a report to Tahsildar about the incorrect entries in Pahani for rectification.  The VRO accepted the tainted amount on the directions of the Revenue Inspector in his private office in Kanagarthy. The   two Accused Officers are being arrested and will be produced before the Honourable Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Karimnagar.

DEPUTY TAHSILDAR, KAMAREDDY, NIZAMABAD DISTRICT IN ACB NET 

Sri G.Balaiah, Deputy Tahsildar, Kamareddy Mandal of Nizamabad District was successfully trapped on 30.10.2015 at 01.45 PM, in Tahsildar’s office, Kamareddy, when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs.2,000/- from  Sri M.Siddiramulu, a fair price shop  dealer of Lingampally village in Kamareddy Mandal, to issue Release Order, to enable the complainant to draw wheat for November 2015, from Mandal Level Stock Point, Kamareddy.  The Deputy MRO, after receiving the bribe signed the Release Order and handed it over to the complainant.The Accused Officer is being arrested and will be produced before the Honourable Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Karimnagar.

SECRETARY, AGRICULTURE  MARKET COMMITTEE OF KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT  IN ACB NET

Sri S.Krishnayya, Secretary, Agriculture Market committee,  Karimnagar District was successfully trapped on 02.11.2015 at 1.10 PM, in his office in Karimnagar when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs. 30,000/-, from Sri P.Vidyanath Rao, Managing Director of M/s Sri Aquatech Private Limited, Warangal, to hand over the final cheque for Rs. 10 lakhs pertaining to construction of covered shed executed by him.  The Secretary after receiving the bribe handed over the cheque to the complainant.The   Accused Officer is being arrested and will be produced before the Honourable Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Karimnagar.

A.C.B. REGISTERED CRIMINAL MISCONDUCT CASE AGAINST THE FORMER DIRECTOR, MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT AND FINANCIAL CONTROLLER, N.I.M.S HYDERABAD

Over the allegations of financial irregularities in purchase of medical equipment in N.I.M.S., Hyderabad, during the tenure of Dr. A.Dharma Rakshak, former Director, N.I.M.S., Hyderabad, the A.C.B. took up an Enquiry and during the enquiry several documents pertaining to the purchase of medical equipment were verified. The verification of various documents and examination of various witnesses has revealed that gross violations were made in tender and purchase process and made purchase of Operation Theatre Tables, Operation Theatre Lights and Ventilators at very high rates than the competitive market prices and caused pecuniary loss to a tune of Rs. 3.03 Crores to the N.I.M.S/Government and caused corresponding pecuniary advantage to the suppliers of medical equipment. Based on the facts of the enquiry, on 4.11.2015 a case of Criminal Misconduct under Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 was registered against Dr. A.Dharma  Rakshak, former Director, N.I.M.S., Hyderabad, Dr. D.Mukunda Reddy, Addl. Medical Superintendent, N.I.M.S (Retired), Sri V.Sridhar, Financial Controller, N.I.M.S., Hyderabad and others. Searches are being conducted at the residences of Dr. A.Dharma Rakshak, Dr. D.Mukunda Reddy and Sri V.Sridhar and at the offices of the suppliers of medical equipment as a part of investigation. Case is under investigation.

SUB-TREASURY OFFICER, NAGARKURNOOL OF MAHABUBNAGAR DIST. IN A.C.B. NET

Sri A.S. Janardhan, Sub-Treasury Officer, Nagarkurnool of Mahabubnagar dist. was caught red handed by the A.C.B. Officials on 7.11.2015 at about 12 noon at the O/o S.T.O. Nagarkurnool, when he demanded and accepted Sri G.Jaipal Reddy to process for encashment of cheques.  After receipt of bribe amount, the S.T.O. handed over the same to his private assistant Sri K.Rajesh for concealment. Right hand fingers of S.T.O. and his private assistant yielded positive result in chemical test. The bribe amount of Rs. 6,000/- was recovered from the almirah. The accused officer and his private assistant are being arrested and produced before the Special Court for A.C.B. Cases, Hyderabad. Case is under investigation.

On 12-11-2015 at about 12.20.p.m. Sri Ram Mohan Rao, Village Revenue Officer, Gottimukkala(V), Devarakonda(M), Nalgonda District was caught red-handed by the ACB Officials at Tahasildar Office, Devarakonda(M), Nalgonda (Dist.),  while accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 18,000/- from the complainant Sri D.Satish Reddy, for processing and  for entering the agricultural land details of the ancestral properties in the Pattadar Pass Book. The bribe amount was recovered from the left  side front pant pocket of the Village Revenue Officer.The Village Revenue Officer is being arrested and will be produced before the ACB Court, Hyderabad.

On 13.11.2015 at about 7.50 a.m., Sri Yadlapati Venkata  Krishna Mohan, Bailiff, the Hon’ble Court of the Principal District and Session Judge, Ranga Reddy District at LB Nagar, Hyderabad was caught red handed by the ACB Officials at the Commercial Tax Colony, Nagole while accepting the bribe amount of Rs.20,000/- from the complainant Sri J.Venudhar Reddy  to execute the eviction warrant issued by the Hon’ble Principal Junior Civil Judge, RR District. The bribe amount was recovered from the right side back pant pocket of the Bailiff.The Bailiff is arrested and produced before the ACB Court, Hyderabad.Case is under investigation.

D.E.O, Hyd, while accepting the bribe amount of Rs.4,000/- from the complainant Sri Syed Shabbir, owner of the Government Primary School Building  for clearing the school rental file. ASSETS WORTH ABOUT RS 2.6 CRORES OF SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER, ROADS & BUILDINGS, MAHABOOBNAGAR UNEARTHED BY ACB

On credible information that Sri Boda Chandulal, Superintending Engineer, R & B, Mahaboobnagar District, Khammam has acquired and is  in possession of disproportionate assets to the known sources of his income, a case was registered. Simultaneous searches were conducted on 24.11.2015 at his residential flat bearing No.202, Jyothinithya Sri Apartment at Masabtank, Hyderabad and other places in Warangal, Karimnagar and Mahaboobnagar, in pursuance of search warrants issued by the Honourable I Addl. Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad.The searches disclosed that the Accused Officer has acquired and is in possession of a (1) 2 floored house in Warangal, a posh flat in Masab Tank, Hyderabad, a four floored commercial complex in Warangal and a  four floored commercial complex Chunchupalli in Kothagudam Mandal, Khammam and five (5) open plots at Hanmakonda, Warangal, 7.5 acres of agricultural lands at Chunchupalli village in Kothagudam Mandal Khammam District, gold ornaments weighing 410 gms worth  about Rs 6 lakh,  household articles worth  Rs. 9.6 lakh, net cash of Rs 3.8 lakh, two cars (Duster and Creta) worth about 20 lakhs and 2 two wheelers. The house at Warangal is yet to be searched and 2 lockers in Warangal yet to be opened. So far it is found that the AO is in possession of assets worth about  Rs 2.6 crores, whose market value is about 9 crores.The Accused Officer is being arrested and will be produced before the Honourable 1st Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad.Case is under investigation.

FOREST RANGE OFFICER, NARSAPUR OF MEDAK DISTRICT IN ACB NET

Sri M.Madhusudan Rao, Forest Range Officer, Narsapur of Medak District was successfully trapped on 27.11.2015 at 2 pm in his office in Narsapur, when he demanded Rs. 40,000/- as a bribe from Sri Patti Vaidyanath of Vikarabad and insisted on initial payment of Rs. 10,000/-, to visit the site of proposed Timber Depot at Sadasivapet, issue suitability report and to forward the application of the complainant to the Divisional Forest Officer, Medak  District. The Accused Officer was arrested and produced before the Honourable Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad.
